About Me:

I'm an artist and a healer, and committed to the path of the heart. I'm a visionary and a Cultural Creative; soulful, sensitive, and deeply intuitive. I'm a lover and a transformer, earthy and passionate, and I love creating beauty and making connections. As an introvert, my favored interactions are deep, one-on-one, and intimate.

I practice the Laws of Conscious Creation and I'm learning to fan the flame of the Creative spark within. I meditate daily, and I try to stay awake and pay attention to everything that life brings me. I believe in synchronicity, and the inherent goodness of the Universe. I believe in infinite, boundless possibility. I believe in self-responsibility. I am committed to my inner spiritual work, for my own benefit and for the benefit of others.  On my best days, when I am in a state of harmony and remembrance, my life is an expression of joy, soulful creativity, dynamic evolution, embodied enlightenment, radical freedom, and the healing balm of lovingkindness.

I have wonderful, deep and loving friendships which I treasure. My wise, sweet friends help me keep my heart open and remind me to walk through this life peacefully, with grace and laughter.  When I fall, it is Love that supports me in continuing to get up and dust myself off.

I love that the Universe is primed to start all over again in any given moment.

I haven't been in an intimate partnership for a long time. I have chosen to take my time to do some deep, conscious healing and contemplation, get clear, and to prepare my heart for the love relationship I know I'm capable of, and which I now desire.

I resonate with the Buddhist concept of  “precious human birth”, and I appreciate my life as an astounding blessing. I recognize the profound potential of the Now, and I wish my life to be a blessing to others through my choices and my actions. Recognizing and living my entire life as my spiritual practice supports me in maintaining a state of  remembrance of the deepest Truth of human existence.

I want to keep my mirror from gathering too much dust so that I can reflect back to you your own gorgeousness and brilliance. I believe we are here to support and empower one another in letting our light shine, fulfilling our purpose, and courageously going for our wildest dreams. My deepest wish is to lift you up, bless you, inspire you, love you, and remind you of your great beauty and innocence, and to do the same for myself.

The Velveteen Rabbit

by Margery Williams

(this starts at the point when the Skin Horse

and the Rabbit are talking)

The Skin Horse had lived longer in the nursery than any of the others. He was so old and most of the hairs in his tail had been pulled out to string bead necklaces. For nursery magic is very strange and wonderful, and only those playthings that are old and wise and experienced like the Skin Horse understand all about it.

“What is REAL?” asked the Rabbit one day, when they were lying side by side near the nursery fender, before Nana came to tidy the room.

“Does it mean having things that buzz inside you and a stick-out handle?

“Real isn't how you are made,” said the Skin Horse. “It's a thing that happens to you. When a child loves you for a long, long time, not just to play with, but REALLY loves you, then you become Real.”

“Does it hurt?” asked the Rabbit.

“Sometimes,” said the Skin Horse, for he was always truthful.

“When you are Real you don't mind being hurt.”

“Does it happen all at once, like being wound up,” he asked,
“or bit by bit?”

“It doesn't happen all at once,” said the Skin Horse.

…You become. It takes a long time.

That's why it doesn't happen often to people who break easily, or have sharp edges, or who have to be carefully kept.

Generally, by the time you are Real, most of your hair has been loved off, and your eyes drop out and you get loose in your joints and very shabby. But these things don't matter at all, because once you are Real you can't be ugly, except to people who don't understand.”

“I suppose you are real?” said the Rabbit. And then he wished he had not said it, for he thought the Skin Horse might be sensitive. But the Skin Horse only smiled.

“The Boy's Uncle made me Real,” he said. “That was a great many years ago;
